Rearrange your PDF visually
When pages are in the wrong order or a few don't belong, typing page numbers feels clumsy. To organize pdf pages the easy way, GroPDF shows you a thumbnail of every page — you see what you're moving, drag it where it belongs, and delete what you don't need. It's the fastest way to fix a scanned stack that fed through the scanner out of order.
How to organize PDF pages
- Drop your PDF onto the page. Thumbnails of every page appear; nothing is uploaded anywhere.
- Drag thumbnails to reorder pages — what you see is the final order.
- Click the × on any thumbnail to delete that page.
- Download the reorganized PDF.
Tips
- Zoom in on thumbnails before deleting. Small previews can make two similar pages look identical — make sure you're deleting the right one, especially with scanned forms.
- Deleting many scattered pages? For long documents, it can be faster to split out the keepers with page ranges than to delete dozens of thumbnails one by one.
- Need pages from several files in one order? Organize each file first, then combine everything with Merge PDF.
Limitations
Organize works on whole pages — it can't move content within a page or merge two pages into one. Very large documents (hundreds of pages) render lots of thumbnails, which can feel slow on older devices; splitting the file into smaller chunks first makes it snappier. Deleted pages are gone from the output, but your original file is never altered.
Organizing large documents
Reordering a 10-page file is instant; a 400-page scanned manual is heavier, since every page needs a thumbnail. If the page feels sluggish, split the document into halves with Split PDF, organize each half, then rejoin them with Merge PDF. Another approach for big cleanups: delete in passes — first remove the obvious junk (blank pages, duplicates), download, then do a careful reorder pass on the smaller file. Working in stages keeps things fast and reduces mistakes.
